It is recommended that you send your package via UPS, FedEx, or insured mail. Turnaround time is approximately two to four weeks. Return freight is incurred by Gerber Blades.

I just got a knife back from Kershaw.
I called them to see what my options were for getting a blade replaced that a local sharpener totally screwed up. They said they couldn't do it for free since it obviously wasn't a defect or workmanship issue. But they would put a new blade on it for $20. I didn't balk at this since it was an S30V blade.
I got it back one week after they received it.
I am definitely a Kershaw guy.
I hope Gerber makes this right for you.
